Bookings / Payments: Please check each property MORE INFO for booking procedure. Within option expiry date deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Upon receipt of full Balance payment you will receive your Accommodation Voucher together with arrival directions / check-in procedure.
Payments: Although a small (3%) service charge is applicable to credit card payments via PayPal, there is no such charge if you choose to pay by direct Wire Transfer.

Late Payments Where a payment date has been missed we retain the right to cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy with no refund of monies already paid and where costs exceed the monies already held then a bill will be sent to the client. A late payment levy of £ 95.00 per person will be charged against any account that is late on payment dates.

Cancellations and Curtailments by you: Once payment is received and a voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

Cancellation fees: VILLAS, APARTMENTS, B/B and HOTELS: Each self-catering villa and apartment as well as B/B and hotel has its own specific cancellation fees - please check details of these on your preferred property before making a booking.
Alterations by you: If you wish to make any change to your holiday arrangements once they have been confirmed, we will pass on your request to the accommodation owners, who will do their best to accommodate you. Any change is subject to availability, and also to payment of an administration fee of £ 40.00 and any associated costs of the change imposed by our suppliers. There is likely to be a 100% cancellation charge if you wish to change holiday dates for villas.

Bookings which run over special events or festival periods may incur higher cancellation penalties, according to principals’ charged to Villa Rental Hols.

Any curtailment of a booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to 100% cancellation fee, which cannot under any circumstances be waived or altered by an hotelier or other agent. If a cancellation is caused by force major, the client is liable for all expenses incurred on their behalf. All guests are strongly advised to take adequate travel insurance, which includes sufficient coverage in the event of a cancellation.

Amendments, Alterations, Cancellations and Curtailments by Villa Rental Hols: In the unlikely event of a confirmed booking being amended or altered in any way, we will make every effort to find your client alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

Travel Insurance is a vital part of any holiday. It is a condition of your contract with us that you take insurance to cover the duration of your holiday.

Site Accuracy: Villa Rental Hols has visited all villas, apartments and hotels featured in this website and every effort has been made to describe accommodation as accurately as possible.

Facilities: While every effort is made to keep the facilities in line with those printed, Villa Rental Hols cannot accept responsibility for facilities which are temporarily not available, for example, electrical equipment may break down, redecoration and maintenance is necessary for the upkeep of the properties / hotels and may take place without prior warning and, while property owners/hoteliers and our local representatives will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum, Villa Rental Hols cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience beyond their control, nor for accidents or losses in any property/hotel.

Complaints: In the case of any problem or complaint it is imperative that our local representative is informed at the earliest possible moment in order to give her the opportunity to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Villa Rental Hols within 14 days of the end of the service provided. Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of the owner/hotelier and or Villa Rental Hols to rectify the complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the client may have.

Passports and Visas: Villa Rental Hols cannot be held liable for any loss incurred in the event of clients’ failure to hold the necessary passports, visas and documents for their journey. Clients are advised to check with the relevant visa departments of the countries they wish to visit.

Price changes: Villa Rental Hols reserves the right to revise all prices published in this Website at any time and for any reason, however no change in price will be made once a booking has been confirmed.

Accommodation Costs: On receipt of your booking confirmation and full pre-payment, Villa Rental Hols accepts responsibility for paying accommodation and transfer costs, we therefore cannot accept any responsibility for clients who pay directly to the hotels or drivers.

Party Size: Property owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if the number of persons arriving exceeds the number on the booking form or the maximum sleeping places as detailed in the relevant brochure/website description. Where a property offers a price for varying numbers, empty bedrooms will be closed.

Compensation: Compensation is in all cases limited to an entitlement to repayment of all monies paid to Villa Rental Hols.

These booking conditions are the contractual terms governed by English Law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of English courts at all times.
