Borgo Villino is a characteristic 18th century hamlet which has recently been renovated maintaining its original shape, thus offering a pleasant relax in peaceful harmony with the surrounding nature. Is well located for those who wish to explore Siena and the hilltop towns of central Tuscany.

Built and furnished to a high standard, these thirteen self-contained apartments are housed in two lovely stone buildings set in open countryside. They offer Tuscan style accommodation and share a large swimming pool overlooking the surrounding open scenery set in spacious gardens. These apartments are in a peaceful setting, yet the village of Pievescola is less than 2 Kms away and Siena 19 Kms.

1 BEDROOM apt. for 2+2 persons. Living-dining room with double sofa bed and open plan kitchen. One double bedroom, Shower/WC.

2 BEDROOMS apt. for 4+2 persons. As above with additional twin bedroom (Some with 2 showers and washing machine).

Location & Area

The small village of Pievescola can be reached within some minutes while Colle di Val d'Elsa is a ten Minutes drive away. Borgo il Villino is near to all important cities of artistic and cultural interest and daily trips may be done to all historical centres of Tuscany. In the near of Borgo il Villino you can find: Volterra, Siena, Firenze, Casole d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, Colle di Val d'Elsa, San Gimignano and less know destinations but still very pleasant.
Casole d'Elsa is a village characterised mainly by its buildings of ancient bricks, placed on the ridge of a hill, from where one can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. The Chianti region is also within easy reach to appreciate the authenticity of the area.

Check-in procedure

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 7 pm. Arrival after 8 pm.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 150,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.

Local Supplements

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at supplement of Euro 26,00 payable locally.
If required Heating is Euro 7,00 per 1 Bedroom or Euro 10,00 per 2 Bedrooms (per day).

10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.
