Luxury Villa Olimpo is built on one of the most beautiful and panoramic areas along the Amalfi Coast. It is conveniently located between the two historical towns of Amalfi and Ravello, in a private and exclusive position, making it, a great starting point for easy day trips to all the tourist points of interest of the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Coast as well as Naples, the Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum, and the islands of Capri and Ischia.

Particularly fascinating is the large terrace where the beautiful 12 x 6-meter (39 x 19 feet) swimming pool lies, open from May to October. The swimming pool, which is situated on the highest part of the garden, is also sun-bathed from sunrise to sunset. Here, while lying in the sun, not only will you see the blue sky above, but also the blue of the swimming pool, which seems to merge with the boundless sea just before your eyes… You will experience a delightful feeling as if being suspended between the sky and the sea… On the terrace, you will find umbrellas, sun loungers, tables, chairs, and an angle furnished as a bar. You will enjoy spending time here during the day and at night, when the terrace and the swimming pool are lit, and when the moon dimly illuminates the coast and gleams on the sea… You will feel happy and lucky for spending your vacation surrounded by such beauty and harmony!

Villa Olimpo is a white house inserted on a stretch of sheer coast, and it is surrounded by the greenery of olive and lemon cultivations. It is isolated and caressed by the sun all day long. Villa Olimpo boasts its white terraces towards the sun, the sea, and the fascinating view of the coast.

The interior is on two floors with large spaces elegantly furnished and decorated in bright Mediterranean style with glossy terracotta floors. Access is from the main road along the short private driveway. A garage, at the end of the driveway, provides parking for one car; there is additional parking for two cars along the driveway.

The main entrance from the parking area is up 19 outdoor steps in a large living-room elegantly furnished in white and aquamarine green. Three patio doors lead you to a large terrace and enables you to have, even from inside the house, a wide-open view of the seascape. In the living-room, you will find couches and armchairs arranged around a big fireplace and next to a TV set, and also a corner furnished with a dining table. From the living-room, you can reach the kitchen and a gracious terrace covered by a pergola, under which is a big table for outdoor meals. A small corridor separates the living-room from the bedroom found on this floor. The bedroom is spacious and furnished with a double bed and a single bed. There is a window and a patio door overlooking the sea. The bathroom, which is inside the bedroom, is equipped with a shower. On this floor, there is also another bathroom with shower, which is reached from the corridor. From this floor, you have access to the upper floor through an indoor lift or an elegant staircase.

On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The largest double bedroom of the villa is on this floor. It has a big patio door which leads to a private terrace with a spectacular view of the sea. In this bedroom, once in bed, you also have the view of the sky and the sea. In addition, you also have a bathroom with a tub at your disposal. The other two bedrooms are spacious, and they have patio doors which take to a terrace overlooking the sea. On this floor, you will also have another bathroom, which is equipped with shower and reached from the corridor.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, an oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, microwave, and small appliances. From the kitchen there is a door leading to the terrace situated in a delightful angle, surrounded by pine trees and a mature violet bougainvillea. You will find this terrace perfect for outdoor meals in front of a breathtaking seascape. It is equipped with a big table for outdoor meals and shaded by awnings. In addition, there is also a laundry-room available and a bathroom with modern glass shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, hairdryer, etc...

Linen is changed twice a week. Laundry service and a chef are available upon request. It is possible to receive phone calls and connect to internet. You will have five parking spaces at your disposal.
