Location & Area

Colli di Fontanelle, hamlet of Sant'Agnello, is located on top of the Sorrento Peninsula hills. Its nema derives from the dozens of water springs that there were in ancient times. This is popular for the charming panoramas: from the main square Piazza Carlo Sagrisanti, at 318 meters above sea level, you will admire the beauty of Sant'Agnello, Piano di Sorrento and mea, with the Gulf of Naples on the background. Southwards there is a splendid view of the Gulf of Salerno and Arcipelago Li Galli, composed by three wonderful small islands: Gallo Lungo, La Rotonda and Briganti. Passing for these islands, according to the legend, Ulysses asked to be ied to the mast of his ship, to not to be tempted from the captivating voices of the Sirens, whose songs seduced sailings and inducted them to crash into the rocks.

After the bustle and noise of the tourist centres along this coast, the position of Villa Sui Colli is very quiet and peaceful.
It is 200 metres from the little square of Colli Di Fontanelle where you can find the nearest bus stop, restaurants, supermarket and small shops.
The larger, and well-known town of Sorrento is about 5 Km. from the Villa, and from here there are ferry boats and hydrofoils to Naples, Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Positano, as well as go on mini-cruises. You must indeed take a tour of the coast from the sea.
The nearest railway station (Circumvesuviana line to Pompeii, Naples) is also in Sorrento.
The nearest beach is the pebble beach of Sant'Agnello (4 Km.). The Amalfi Coast / Positano is about 14 Km. away from Villa Sui Colli. The distance to Naples is 55 Km.
A car is recommended if you are staying in this villa. However there are frequent and regular SITA bus service, down to Sorrento as well as to Positano and Amalfi.

Check-in procedure

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a Late Arrival charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 300,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.

Local Supplements

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
If required, Heating supplement is Euro 1,50 per hour.
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00 - Our English speaking local agent in Italy provides a personal shopping service for food items which they deliver to the accommodation prior to your arrival. This is not a set welcome pack but is tailored to your individual requirements. If you are interested in this option, please contact us via email at reservations@villarentalhols.com and give us your list of items including quantities. It is important to do this at least a week before your departure. You will need to pay in cash on arrival at the property, so please ensure you have taken enough Euros with you. You will be charged the local price for the goods (a receipt will be given) plus a delivery charge of 10,00 Euro.

Municipal Holiday Residence Tax payable locally in cash.

How to get there

There are several ways to get to the Sorrento Coast from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Train station either by renting a car or by public transport. - Sorrento Coast Transport.
It is also possible to arrange private transfers from airport / train station to S. Agnello / property. Ask us for quotation
Once at the property you can get around fine without the car as parking in the towns is hard to come by and expensive. Public Busses operate year-around connecting to Sorrento centre as well to the Amalfi Coast villages.
Ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi – Positano operate a service from May to October, while to Capri Island and Naples, operate all year around.

Rental tariff includes consumes of electricity, gas, water, bedroom and bathroom linen with weekly changes.

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees:
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.
