Luxury Villa Blu perched in one of the most charming corners of the Amalfi Coast, shaded by leafy and bright coloured bougainvillea pergolas, Villa Blu is an oasis of luxury and relaxation overlooking the sea, situated within a short distance from Amalfi's historical centre and surrounded by a lush Mediterranean vegetation. Recently refurbished, Villa Blu is an harmonious combination of elegance and typical elements of local hand-craft, furnishings and modern comforts, to ensure an unforgettable stay.

The property is immersed in a natural landscape of breathtaking beauty, unique and special at the same time, that catches the look and seduces the soul, leaving it suspended between the sky and sea. One of the villa highlights are certainly the many sea view and panoramic terraces equipped with outdoor furniture, benches, glazed ceramic tables in Vietri style and the gardens of scented geraniums, olive trees and palms.

This spacious and bright villa is built on three levels, a main building and a separate annex; the modern swimming pool, with sun-beds and showers, is located on the lower terrace. Villa entrance from the main road is into the parking spot with space for 2/3 cars: from the parking, the main entrance of the villa leads to a small lounge area with door to the spacious master bedroom. It is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed convertible into a single bed. It has en suite full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, TV, in built wooden robe, old chest of draw and sliding iron shutters opening to the lovely balcony with blue printed tiles, sun loungers and sea view. From the lounge area a stone staircase takes down to the spacious dining/sitting room equipped with sofas for 12, satellite TV, precious crystal chandelier, crystal table seating 6 people and sliding iron shutters opening to the terrace with in-built seating, blue and yellow printed tiles, wicker chairs, round marble table 4 seats and sea views.

From a side of the sitting room a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite full bathroom with shower. The larger bedroom has windows with sea views, the other has French doors opening to a side terrace. From the other side of the lounge there is access to a fourth spacious bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and windows with sea views, and a dining room with table seating up to 14 people, precious crystal chandelier and fridge with large selection of local wine. It has a door opening to the kitchen and another door opening directly to the terrace equipped with round ceramic table seating 14 people with wicker chairs and barbecue.

The kitchen is very well equipped with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and French window opening directly to the terrace. A terrace divides the main building with the dependence: here we have 2 bedrooms with high vaulted ceilings, both with TV, floor tiled with orange printed tiles, windows. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with shower and doors to the terrace.From this terrace there are 19 steps up to the parking area and 15 steps down to the second level, (reachable also from the sitting room through a stair of 12 steps) covered by bougainvillea pergola, with outdoor furniture, ceramic dining table 12 seats, garden seats, in-built seating and outside lightings. Further 40 steps down lead to the third and lower level with comfortable and furnished outdoor spaces, swimming pool ( 8x4), 2 showers, covered dining area for al fresco meals with table and chairs for 12 and beautiful views over the sea below.

Daily cleaning is provided for 6 hours Monday - Saturday. Continental breakfast is provided every day and includes: tea, juices, coffee, milk, jams, nutella, bakery items. Guests can request eggs, ham, cheese at an extra cost. Soap and shampoo are included in the bathrooms. Central heating, air conditioning throughout the villa, telephone, satellite TV (English channels) in all bedrooms, CD player, fax machine, WI-FI, washing machine, and barbecue. There are screens on all the windows. Swimming pool (4 m x 8 m x 1,50/2,20 ) open May 07th - October 29th with 2 showers. A Jacuzzi for 6 is next to the pool. kitchen with 8 gas rings, American refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric oven, electric boiler, toaster, microwave. Hairdryers in each bathroom, parking area for 3 medium sized cars with remote-controlled gate.

Maid service 6 hours per day Monday - Friday, midweek change of linen and towels.
