Vacation Villa Amore is completely unoverlooked and has spectacular, scenic views across the Gulf of Salerno with Li Galli Islands in the foreground. The panoramas are enjoyed from two vast terraces and because the house is built into the hillside, the first floor terrace also leads onto ground level.
The ground floor terrace is covered and therefore ideal for eating out.
The garden has a stone built barbecue with sink and running water. The furnishings are lovely, comfortable and the rooms are spacious. This villa is perfect for up to 5 persons.
Entrance from the road is through electrically commanded gates. A lane leads down to the car park near the villa.
The villa entrance on ground level is into a spacious sitting/dining room with doors to the terrace.
The kitchen has a large cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom with adjacent shower room, WC, etc...on the mezzanine floor there is a small single room with its own entrance from the garden.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom which opens onto a large terrace and has adjacent bathroom with hip bath, WC etc...
20 steps approx. (indoor) from ground floor up to first floor.
The above-ground swimming-pool is located on a lower level long terrace with fascinating views of the sea. Accessed from the main patio by going down about 15 stone steps. The pool measures 7.10 x 3.70 meters (about 23 x 10 feet) large and 1,20 meters (about 3.9 feet) deep and is available from the 15th of May to the 2nd of October 2010 and from 21st May to 1st October 2011.

After the bustle and noise of the tourist centres along this coast, the position of Villa Amore is very quiet and peaceful.
It is 500 metres from the little town of S. Agata where you can find the nearest bus stop, restaurants, banks, chemist’s, shops, and other amenities.
The larger, and well-known town of Sorrento is about 10 Km. from the Villa, and from here there are ferry boats and hydrofoils to Naples, Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Positano, as well as go on mini-cruises. You must indeed take a tour of the coast from the sea.
The nearest railway station (Circumvesuviana line to Pompeii, Naples) is also in Sorrento.
The nearest beach is the pebble beach of Marina del Cantone (8 Km.), below the village of Nerano. The Amalfi Coast / Positano is about 14 Km. away from Villa Amore. The distance to Naples is 55 Km.
A car is recommended if you are staying in this villa. However there are frequent and regular SITA bus service, down to Sorrento as well as to Positano and Amalfi.

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher ( Booking Confirmation ) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a Late Arrival charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 300,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.
Final cleaning charge Euro 50,00 payable upon departure.

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
If required, Heating supplement is Euro 15,00 per day (6 hours).
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00.

There are several ways to get to the Sorrento Coast from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Train station either by renting a car or by public transport. - Sorrento Coast Transport.
It is also possible to arrange private transfers from airport / train station to S. Agata / property, rates from Euro 115,00 ( depending on number of people travelling ). Ask us for quotation
Once at the property you can get around fine without the car as parking in the towns is hard to come by and expensive. Public Busses operate year-around connecting to Sorrento centre as well to the Amalfi Coast villages.
Ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi – Positano operate a service from May to October, while to Capri Island and Naples, operate all year around.
