Vacation apartment MAGNOLIA, an elegantly furnished 130 sq. m. vacation apartment, perfect for or a family, is part of a small residential complex consisting of a villa and three annexes, set on terraced land cultivated with olives, lemons, apricots and typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The rooms are all spacious and bright, and the floors are covered in beautiful Vietri tiles, from each room there is a lovely view of either the valley or the sea.
This apartment has its own terrace ( 20 square metres ), and shared use of a swimming pool (61 steps to reach it). Enclosed parking space is available. From the car park to the entrance ( 33 steps ), leading into a large living room with two single sofa-beds, that opens onto a fabulous large terrace furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs. One of the three bedrooms is double with en-suite shower room, and the other two are twins.
One of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The second twin bedroom has access to the terrace.
Sitting here in the cool air, you will be in the very best place to enjoy the breathtaking panorama across the valley and Atrani, all the way out to the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner cooker, oven and refrigerator with freezer.
The swimming pool built on his own terrace has good furnishing of sun umbrellas and deckchairs and lying around the pool, you will be able to enjoy a rich and strikingly unique panorama.

Magnolia apartment is perched above the village of Atrani and just below Ravello, on the middle of the Amalfi Coast the most charming coast line in Southern Italy.

A ten-minute drive takes you to the town of Ravello or the nearest shopping area. The ancient trail connecting Ravello and Atrani passes alongside the building. It leads down through the centre of Atrani, which is a pedestrian area. In Atrani there is a lovely little square surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants with outdoor seating, and you can also easily reach the beaches only 3 Km. from the main square in Amalfi, it is near to the beach and restaurants.
From the docks in Amalfi you will also be able to board ferries and hydrofoils to Positano, Capri, Salerno, Sorrento and Naples, as well as go on mini-cruises for tourists. You must indeed take a tour of the coast from the sea.
If you are fond of archaeology, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum are easily within reach, and, of course, Naples and Salerno as well.

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher ( Booking Confirmation ) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:

10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only on arrival = Euro 300,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.
Final cleaning charge Euro 70,00 payable upon departure.

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00.

There are several ways to get to the Amalfi Coast from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Salerno Train station either by renting a car or by public transport.
It is also possible to arrange private transfer directly to Atrani/property rates from Euro 115,00 ( pending on number of people travelling ). Ask us for quotation
Once at the property you can get around fine without the car as parking in the towns is hard to come by and expensive. Public Busses operate year-around connecting all the Amalfi Coast villages and Sorrento area.
Ferries ( from May to October ) operate a service between Amalfi – Positano – Sorrento – Capri Island – Naples and Salerno.
