It is located on the high rise of Massa Lubrense, in Monticchio, nestled amongst pine and olive trees, the Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the terraced garden and car park.

La Ghianda is a large comfortable fully air conditioned one bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment accessed by climbing 15 outdoor steps from the car park.
It has a private small garden at the rear with Bbq.

The swimming-pool measures :19,00 m. – 4,80 m. - Depth – min. 0,50 m. - max 2,55 m. and is available from the 10th of April to the 23rd of October 2010 and from the 01st of May to the 29th of October 2011.

La Ghianda apartment is the ideal solution for discovering the Sorrento Coast and Amalfi Coast.
It is located between Massa Lubrense - 4 Km. and S.Agata 2 Km. Shops and restaurant are in Monticchio 400 m. away, a very local village. From here there are busses to Sorrento and also directly to Amalfi Coast towns.
In Sorrento it is possible to take day trips with fast, comfortable and inexpensive ferries to Capri and the other islands of the Gulf, to Amalfi and Positano.
Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvio are easily within reach.

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher ( Booking Confirmation ) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees:
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a Late Arrival charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 300,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.
Final Cleaning charge Euro 50,00 payable upon departure.

Heating / Air Conditioning supplement Euro 5,00 per day.
Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 35,00 payable locally.
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00.
Pets ( small size ) are accepted, supplement is Euro 40,00 per week.

From the property, it is possible to get around fine with public Busses which operate year-around connecting to Sorrento centre as well to the Amalfi Coast villages.
Ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi – Positano operate a service from May to October, while to Capri Island and Naples, operate all year around.
Parking in the towns like Sorrento / Positano / Amalfi is hard to come by and expensive.
