Vacation Villa La Capannina is a delightful, independent ground-floor villa with swimming pool, where you can spend a relaxing holiday enjoying not only the peace and quiet of a countryside location but also be close to all the famous sights the Sorrento area has to offer.
After driving through the gates, parking is nearby and a lovely walk along the garden, you enter an entrance hall leading to the other rooms.
In the living / dining room with doors on to the garden behind the villa where the pool is, there is a fireplace and TV.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hobs and electric oven, fridge with separate freezer and also has a door leading to the garden. Off the kitchen there is a small utility room with a washing machine.
There is one double bedroom with French door into garden, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds.
One bathroom with bathtub and hand shower, WC, washbasin, etc., and a shower room with WC, washbasin, etc...

The swimming-pool measures 4,00 X 7,00 meters and is available from the 21st of May to the 2nd of October 2010 and from 21st May to 1st October 2011.

After the bustle and noise of the tourist centres along this coast, the position of Villa La Capannina is very quiet and peaceful.
It is 150 metres from the little town of S.Agata where you can find the nearest bus stop, restaurants, banks, chemist’s, shops, and other amenities.
The larger, and well-known town of Sorrento is about 10 Km. from the Villa, and from here there are ferry boats and hydrofoils to Naples, Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Positano, as well as go on mini-cruises. You must indeed take a tour of the coast from the sea.
The nearest railway station (Circumvesuviana line to Pompeii, Naples) is also in Sorrento.
The nearest beach is the pebble beach of Marina del Cantone (8 Km.), below the village of Nerano. Positano is about 14 Km. away from the Villa. The distance to Naples is 55 Km.
A car is not absolutely necessary if you are staying in this villa. There is a frequent and regular SITA bus service, down to Sorrento as well as to Positano and Amalfi.

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher ( Booking Confirmation ) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees:
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a Late Arrival charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 300,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.
Final cleaning charge = Euro 50,00 payable upon departure.

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
If required, Heating supplement is Euro 15,00 per day ( 6 hours ).
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00.

There are several ways to get to the Sorrento Coast from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Train station either by renting a car or by public transport. - Sorrento Coast Transport
It is also possible to arrange private transfers from airport / train station to S.Agata / property, rates from Euro 100,00 ( pending on number of people travelling ). Ask us for quotation

Once at the property you can get around fine without the car as parking in the towns is hard to come by and expensive. Public Busses operate year around connecting to Sorrento centre as well to the Amalfi Coast villages.
Ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi – Positano operate a service from May to October, while to Capri Island and Naples, operate all year around.
