Location & Area

After the bustle and noise of the tourist centres along this coast, the position of Il Sorriso apartment is very quiet and peaceful.
It is 2 Km. away from the main centre of Massa Lubrense with all shops, banks etc...
The nearest bus stop to Sorrento area or Amalfi coast is 900 m.
The larger, and well-known town of Sorrento is about 8 Km. from the apartment, and from here there are ferry boats and hydrofoils to Naples, Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Positano, as well as go on mini-cruises. You must indeed take a tour of the coast from the sea.
The nearest railway station (Circumvesuviana line to Pompeii, Naples) is also in Sorrento.
The nearest beach is Marina della Lobra (5 Km.). Positano is about 16 Km. away from the property. The distance to Naples is 60 Km.
A car is recommended if you are staying in this villa, however, there are frequent and regular SITA bus service, down to Sorrento as well as to Positano and Amalfi.

Check-in procedure

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required on arrival, in cash only Euro 300,00, which will be refunded on departure day no damages occur.

Local Supplements

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
If required Heating Euro 10,00 per day (6 hours).

This is not a set welcome pack but is tailored to your individual requirements. You will need to pay in cash on arrival at the property, so please ensure you have taken enough Euros with you. Final cleaning charge Euro 50,00 payable upon departure.

Municipal Holiday Residence Tax payable locally in cash.

How to get there

There are several ways to get to Sorrento from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Train station either by renting a car or by public transport.

It is also possible to arrange private transfers from airport / train station to Massa Lubrense / property.

Once at the property you can get around fine without the car as parking in the towns is hard to come by and expensive. Public Busses operate year-around connecting to Sorrento centre as well to the Amalfi Coast villages.
Ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi and Positano operate a service from May to October, while to Capri Island and Naples, operate all year around.

Rental tariff includes consumes of electricity, gas, water, bedroom and bathroom linen with weekly changes.

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher ( Booking Confirmation ) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees:
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.
