Casa Mia is an elegant two bedroom vacation apartment located on the second floor of a residential building with lift and private car park in the heart of Sant’Agnello.
Renovated with great care and taste Casa Mia is furnished in an elegant and pleasing way. It is suitable for six people and has air-conditioning and Winter heating. The covered furnished terrace, accessed from the lounge / dining room can be shaded by a blind and overlooks the main street.

A car is not necessary because the bus stop is 50 meters away and the station for the local Circumvesuviana train is 800 metres away, however if you do have one, you will be able to park it in the private enclosed parking on the ground floor of the building.

Casa Mia apartment is located in the heart of S.Agnello, main square is only a few metres away as well as shops, restaurants etc.
Sorrento and the tourist port is Km 2,5 where is possible to take day trips with fast, comfortable and inexpensive ferries to Capri and the other islands of the Gulf, to Amalfi and Positano.
It is convenient base for visiting other famous attractions: Pompei, Capri, Napoli, Paestum, Sorrento and Amalfi Coast.

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher ( Booking Confirmation ) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees:
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a Late Arrival charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 300,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.
Final cleaning charge = Euro 50,00 payable upon departure.

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00.

S.Agnello is easy to reach from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Train station either by renting a car ( motorway A3 ) or by public transport. - Sorrento Coast Transport
It is also possible to arrange private transfers from airport / train station to S.Agnello / property, rates are from Euro 85,00 ( depending on number of people travelling ). Ask us for quotation

Once at the property you can get around fine with pubblic Busses ( bus stop at 50 m. )which operate year-around connecting to Sorrento center as well to the Amalfi Coast villages.
The station for the local Circumvesuviana train ( operates between Naples and Sorrento ) is 800 metres away.
Ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi – Positano operate a service from May to October, while to Capri Island and Naples, operate all year around.
Parking in the towns like Sorrento / Positano /Amalfi is hard to come by and expensive.
