Location & Area

Alba is situated in a very peaceful area with an unique view.
The closest village is Agerola, where there are all amenities such as banks, post office, etc..., also supermarkets bar and restaurants. The nearest beach is in Amalfi, where you will be able to find beach facilities, such as cafès/bars and restaurant. Also from the docks in Amalfi you will also be able to board ferries and hydrofoils to Positano, Capri, Salerno or Sorrento and Naples, as well as go on mini-cruises. You must indeed take a tour of the coast from the sea.
If you are fond of archaeology, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum are easily within reach, and, of course, Naples and Salerno as well.

Check-in procedure

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a Late Arrival charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 300,00 and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.

Local Supplements

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
If required, Heating / Air Conditioning supplement is Euro 0,25 per Kw.
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00 - Our English speaking local agent in Italy provides a personal shopping service for food items which they deliver to the accommodation prior to your arrival. This is not a set welcome pack but is tailored to your individual requirements. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and give us your list of items including quantities. It is important to do this at least a week before your departure. You will need to pay in cash on arrival at the property, so please ensure you have taken enough Euros with you. You will be charged the local price for the goods (a receipt will be given) plus a delivery charge of 10,00 Euro.
Laundry Service Euro 5,00 per wash.
Final cleaning charge Euro 30,00 payable upon departure.

Municipal Holiday Residence Tax payable locally in cash: Euro 2,00 per person per day.

How to get there

From Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Salerno Train station you can either rent a car or use public bus transport.
It is also possible to arrange private transfer directly to Agerola/property.
Ask us for quotation.
In Agerola you can get busses to Amalfi centre (almost every hour), and where there are bus connecting to all the Amalfi Coast villages and Sorrento area.
Public Busses operate year.
Ferries (from May to October) operate a service between Amalfi – Positano – Sorrento – Capri Island – Naples and Salerno.
The car is recommended for this property
Amalfi Coast transport.

Rental tariff includes consumes of electricity, gas, water, bedroom and bathroom linen with weekly changes.

Policies & disclaimers

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees:
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.
