Transformed from an old hamlet into warm and lovingly furnished apartments, yet retaining all the charm of past times, Selvatellino offers attractively furnished apartments for rent. With an open aspect on to the surrounding countryside, it has a lovely swimming pool (14X6 mt. open from the 15th May to the 15th October) with sun beds and parasols and large solarium. Laundry facilities (payable locally), Reception and private parking.
The self contained holiday apartments have their own character and style and have managed to retain their charm and a number of original features, such as the traditional style roofs, and exposed wood beams. Each has an outdoor area where you can eat al fresco, or just relax and enjoy the warm Tuscan sun. All have central heating, satellite TV and many with open fireplace, making them equally suited to out of season lets. In fact there are numerous configurations of apartments and something for everyone: from independent Chalet, over one or two floors, with separate or open plan kitchen, some with bathrooms, some with showers, and they sleep from 2 to 6 people.
Laura apartment is a first floor apartment, enjoying lovely countryside views with own private gazebo in garden, furnished with table and chairs. Living-dining room with open plan kitchen (4 gas hobs, portable electric oven, fridge/freezer).

Location & Area
Situated almost half way between Siena and San Giminiano, this is an excellent base for visiting Tuscany's major places of interest and is only a few minutes from the nearby village of Pievescola (good for basic shopping), while supermarkets can be found in Casole d'Elsa. There is also a restaurant nearby.
Casole d'Elsa is a village characterised mainly by its buildings of ancient bricks, placed on the ridge of a hill, from where one can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. The Chianti region is also within easy reach to appreciate the authenticity of the area.
Check-in procedure
Check-in times between 3 pm. and 7 pm.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only Euro 150,00 and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.

Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 26,00 payable locally.
