La Contessa apartment is very quiet and peaceful, located in Torca - a small quiet hamlet just 1 Km. from S.Agata on the hill that overlooks the sea and Li Galli Isles, in a panoramic position. The bus stop, food shops, bar and restaurant are only 100 meters away.
Staying at La Contessa you will be in a central position to discover Sorrento and the incomparable beauty of the entire Coast of Sorrento and Amalfi, of Capri, Ischia and the other islands of the Gulf of Naples. From Sorrento it is possible to take day trips with fast, comfortable and inexpensive ferries to Capri and the other islands of the Gulf, to Naples, Positano.

If you are fond of hiking, along the mountains of the two coasts (the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento Coast) you will find marked hiking trails of varying degree of difficulty. The trails unravel among steep drops down to the sea and seascapes of indescribable beauty: the exclusive prize for those who are able to get there!

Check-in procedure

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 300,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.

Local Supplements

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
If required, Heating/Air Conditioning supplement is Euro 0,50 per Kw.
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00 - Our English speaking local agent in Italy provides a personal shopping service for food items which they deliver to the accommodation prior to your arrival. This is not a set welcome pack but is tailored to your individual requirements. If you are interested in this option, please contact us via email at reservations@villarentalhols.com and give us your list of items including quantities. It is important to do this at least a week before your departure. You will need to pay in cash on arrival at the property, so please ensure you have taken enough Euros with you. You will be charged the local price for the goods (a receipt will be given) plus a delivery charge of 10,00 Euro.

Municipal Holiday Residence Tax payable locally in cash.

How to get there

There are several ways to get to Sorrento from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Train station either by renting a car or by public transport. - Sorrento Coast Transport
It is also possible to arrange private transfers from airport / train station to S.Agata-Torca / property. Ask us for quotation

Once at the property, it is possible to park the car in S.Agata, for free of charge, and get around fine with public Busses which operate year-around connecting to Sorrento centre as well to the Amalfi Coast villages.
Ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi – Positano operate a service from May to October, while to Capri Island and Naples, operate all year around.
Parking in the towns like Sorrento / Positano / Amalfi is hard to come by and expensive.

Rental tariff includes consumes of electricity, gas, water, bedroom and bathroom linen with weekly changes.

Policies & disclaimers

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher (Booking Confirmation) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees:
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.
