Location & Area

Villa Renato is the ideal solution for discovering the Sorrento Coast and Amalfi Coast.
It is located between Massa Lubrense - 4 Km. and S.Agata 2 Km. Shops and restaurant are in Monticchio 800 m. away, a very local village. From here there are busses to Sorrento and also directly to Amalfi Coast towns.
In Sorrento it is possible to take day trips with fast, comfortable and inexpensive ferries to Capri and the other islands of the Gulf, to Amalfi and Positano.
Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvio are easily within reach.

Check-in procedure

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a Late Arrival charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 1.000,00, and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.

Local Supplements

Highchair and Cot with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
If required, Heating supplement, acording to use.
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00 - Our English speaking local agent in Italy provides a personal shopping service for food items which they deliver to the accommodation prior to your arrival. This is not a set welcome pack but is tailored to your individual requirements. If you are interested in this option, please contact us via email at reservations@villarentalhols.com and give us your list of items including quantities. It is important to do this at least a week before your departure. You will need to pay in cash on arrival at the property, so please ensure you have taken enough Euros with you. You will be charged the local price for the goods (a receipt will be given) plus a delivery charge of 10,00 Euro.
Final cleaning charge = Euro 200 up to 8 persons, extra person Euro 25 payable upon departure.
Electricity consumption, 0.30 euro per kw.

Internet WI-FI Euro 20 per week.

Municipal Holiday Residence Tax payable locally in cash.

How to get there

There are several ways to get to Massa Lubrense from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Train station either by renting a car or by public transport. - Sorrento Coast Transport
It is also possible to arrange private transfers from airport / train station to Massa Lubrense / property. Ask us for quotation

From the property, it is possible to get around fine with public Busses which operate year-around connecting to Sorrento centre as well to the Amalfi Coast villages.
Ferries from Sorrento to Amalfi – Positano operate a service from May to October, while to Capri Island and Naples, operate all year around.
Parking in the towns like Sorrento / Positano / Amalfi is hard to come by and expensive.

No pets allowed.
The day rental tariff, based on a minimum stay of seven nights, includes consumes of gas, water, bedroom and bathroom linen, parking 4 cars (medium to small size), swimming pool 5 X 14 meters from 1.10 meter to 2.8 meters deep, open from May to September, bedrooms and bathrooms daily cleaning (from 8,00 am to 12,00 am) and night security with guardian.

Policies & disclaimers

Bookings / Payments: Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client: Once payment is received and voucher ( Booking Confirmation ) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees:
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.
