Arancio apartment is situated in one of the most panoramic spots of Ravello, the gem of the Amalfi Coast the most charming coast line in Southern Italy.

A two-minute drive takes you to the town centre of Ravello or the nearest shopping area. The ancient trail connecting Ravello and the Amalfi Coast road passes alongside the building. It leads down through cultivated lemon, vine groves to the coast road between Atrani and Minori. In Atrani there is a lovely little square surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants with outdoor seating, and you can also easily reach the beach - only 3 Km. from the main square in Amalfi, it is near to the beach and restaurants.
From the docks in Amalfi you will also be able to board ferries and hydrofoils to Positano, Capri, Salerno or Sorrento Coast and Naples, as well as go on mini-cruises for tourists. You must indeed take a tour of the coast from the sea.
If you are fond of archaeology, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum are easily within reach, and, of course, Naples and Salerno as well.

Check-in procedure

Check-in times between 3 pm. and 8 pm. Arrival after 8 pm. can be arranged at a Late Arrival charge of Euro 55,00.
Breakage deposit is required in cash only upon arrival = Euro 300,00 and refunded on departure day provided no damages occur.

Local Supplements

Highchair and Cot ( Baby under 2 years old ) with linen are available at weekly supplement of Euro 55,00 payable locally.
Welcome pack service charge Euro 10,00 - Our English speaking local agent in Italy provides a personal shopping service for food items which they deliver to the accommodation prior to your arrival. This is not a set welcome pack but is tailored to your individual requirements. If you are interested in this option, please contact us via email at reservations@villarentalhols.com and give us your list of items including quantities. It is important to do this at least a week before your departure. You will need to pay in cash on arrival at the property, so please ensure you have taken enough Euros with you. You will be charged the local price for the goods (a receipt will be given) plus a delivery charge of 10,00 Euro.

Municipal Holiday Residence Tax payable locally in cash.

How to get there

There are several ways to get to Ravello / Amalfi Coast from Naples Capodichino Airport or Naples / Salerno Train station either by renting a car or by public transport.
It is also possible to arrange private transfer directly to Ravello/property.

Once at the property you can get around fine without the car as parking in the towns is hard to come by and expensive. Public Busses operate year - around connecting Ravello to Amalfi, where are busses to all the Amalfi Coast villages and Sorrento area.
Ferries ( from May to October ) operate a service between Amalfi – Positano – Sorrento – Capri Island – Naples and Salerno.

Rental tariff includes consumes of electricity, gas, water, internet access, bedroom and bathroom linen with weekly changes, heating or air conditioning.

Policies & disclaimers

Bookings / Payments : Within option expiry day 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations and Curtailments by the client : Once payment is received and voucher ( Booking Confirmation ) issued, any amendments or cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellation fees :
10% From date of confirmation, up to 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
50% 44 – 30 days prior to rental commencement period.
90% 29 – 07 days prior to rental commencement period.
100% less then 7 days prior to rental commencement or during period.
